The Bavarian way of life comes to our table in the form of authentic inn cuisine. We source our meat and sausages from the butcher's shop Landmetzgerei Baur, which only uses animals from the region. Our cheese comes from the Hoch`Alp cheese dairy in nearby Buching and is made exclusively from hay and pasture milk. The best accompaniment - what else - is a freshly tapped beer from the König Ludwig Castle Brewery.
